SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX. It takes approximately 2-10 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Soo Lush Beauté does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
Return & Exchange Policy
Soo Lush Beauté maintains a very high level of quality assurance. Our products go through a stringent process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair and beauty product orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping out. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No Refunds. No Exchanges. Before using your new hair extensions and/or beauty products, please inspect the products thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed once order is submitted through our site. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Soo Lush Beauté cannot accept any hair and/or beauty products, that are not in their original packaging, or that look worn or altered in any way. It is against federal law to re-sell use hair and/or products. Please send our customer service department an email within 24 hours of receipt, if you receive an item that is incorrect. We will send you specific steps on how to return your item and begin the exchange process, after we confirm a mistake was made.
